What to Expect:
Ignite your Imagination with this all day comprehensive conceptual photography workshop. Together we will work through finding your voice, various ideation practices, developing your workflow, and tools to work through creative obstacles. Teaching segments will be on topics surrounding how to work with fine art galleries, social media and website presentation, strategies for diversifying your income, etc. Bring your camera, notebook and come prepared for learning. We will also have a demonstration and shoot with a fully released model. Participants capped at 15 to enhance the experience.

Cancellation Policy: Due to the limited number of available slots, full refunds will not be issued. Cancellations for any reason must be submitted in writing at least 14 days prior to the workshop date. Refund will be the original amount minus any fees and unrecoverable costs. Cancellations after 14 days prior to the workshop will not receive a refund, but are encouraged to be gifted toward another willing individual.

Workshop Terms and Conditions
Definitions
“Igniting Imagination” and “we” wherever noted in these terms and conditions shall include all affiliated people and organizations, including but not limited to Wonder and Light LLC, Lauren Midgley, Barb McKinney, venue owners, instructors, assistants, sponsors, and models.
Workshop Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancellations for any reason must be submitted in writing at least 14 days prior to the workshop date. Refund will be the original amount minus any fees and unrecoverable costs. Cancellations after 14 days prior to the workshop will not receive a refund, but are encouraged to be gifted toward another willing individual. Igniting Imagination is not responsible for any other costs which workshop participants may have incurred including but not limited to travel, car rental, insurance, photographic purchases and/or rentals. Full refunds of workshop ticket price of $150 will be made if the workshop is cancelled by us, or if the workshop is re-scheduled by us and you are unable to attend on the new date.
Changes to Workshop Schedule and location
Every reasonable effort will be made to operate the workshop as planned, but alterations may still occur. All workshop schedules, locations and plans are subject to change at our discretion depending upon weather, health and safety considerations, or any other factor related or unrelated to photographic opportunities as we see fit. You will be notified of any changes in a timely manner.
Limit of Liability
Igniting Imagination and all affiliated parties accept no liability for death, illness or injury or loss or damage to photo equipment or personal belongings during the course of the workshop or in transit thereto.
We do not accept responsibility for losses or additional expenses due to delay or changes in the services to be provided. We reserve the right to change our arrangements should conditions necessitate, or to cancel any aspect of the workshop due to exceptional circumstances. In the event that we deem it necessary to cancel the workshop we will provide a full refund, which the participants acknowledge as full and final settlement. In the event of a workshop cancellation by Igniting Imagination, liability of Igniting Imagination to participants shall be limited to the total value of the workshop and we shall not be liable for indirect or consequential loss.
By joining this workshop, participants acknowledge that they are aware of risks and are physically capable of safely taking part in the workshop. Further, they release Igniting Imagination, Wonder and Light LLC, Lauren Midgley, Barb McKinney, venue owners, workshop assistants, sponsors, and models from any liability. Igniting Imagination, Wonder and Light LLC, Lauren Midgley, Barb McKinney, venue owners, workshop assistants, sponsors, and models will assume no liability for injury, illness or loss of personal property or expenses associated with participation in the workshop.
Use of Name and Likeness
We reserve the right to take photographs or videos during the operation of the workshop or part thereof and to use the resulting photography, videos, or recordings for promotional use. By signing up for the workshop, the participant agrees to allow his/her likeness to be used by us without compensation to the participant. If the participant prefers that his/her likeness not be used, he/she must notify us in writing prior to beginning of the workshop.
Code of Conduct
Participants are expected to conduct themselves in a manner that is respectful to the group. Any use of illegal substances or committing any illegal activity of any sort will not be tolerated and will result in the participant’s immediate removal from the workshop, without refund and at the participant’s expense. Workshop instructors reserve the right to remove participants from the workshop, or any portion thereof, for actions they deem as inappropriate or disruptive.
Your Agreement to this Contract
In reserving a place in the workshop by paying the registration fee, you are agreeing to accept all the above conditions. The person who makes the booking does so on behalf of any individuals attending, and all are bound by the booking conditions.
By checking the box under the terms & conditions agreement, you confirm that you have carefully read and understand the Igniting Imagination Terms and Conditions. You have familiarized yourself with all the information provided to you about this workshop, and you agree to all stated conditions set forth in the Terms and Conditions. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Igniting Imagination and all affiliated parties noted for any liability, property damage, death, injury, or other loss. You understand that it is a release of liability and a contract between yourself and Igniting Imagination, Wonder and Light LLC, Lauren Midgley and Barb McKinney and all affiliated people (including instructors, assistants, venue owners, sponsors, and models,) and you sign this agreement of your own free will. This agreement is binding on your heirs, legal representatives and assigns.
